Vertiflo's Stormwater Vertical Immersion Sump Pump - Series 800 is ideal for sump drainage, flood control and process drainage to meet EPA and OSHA requirements. Over 29 year history of trouble-free operation with heads to 230 feet, 3000 GPM and 350° F. Carbon graphite line shaft bearings, semi-open impeller with external adjustment, high-thrust angular contact ball bearing, 416 stainless steel shafts to 1-15/16 inches and standard NEMA C face motor. Cast Iron, all 316 SS, 316 SS fitted, Alloy 20, Hastelloy and/or CD4MCu.

Vertiflo Pump Company's Series 1600 Horizontal End Suction Pump are finding new uses in a wide range of solids handling industries like food & wine processing solids, wastewater & sewage treatment, pollution control, slurries, industrial & chemical processing and can often replace other pumps at a fraction of the cost. On primary and secondary sludge of 6% and less, these suction pumps provide an economical option to expensive progressive cavity pumps. The close-coupled 1600 pumps use any NEMA Standard JP Shaft Motor. Capacities to 1000 GPM, heads to 100 feet TDH, temperature to 250 degrees Fahrenheit, fully recessed vortex impeller, with packing or mechanical seal. As a cost-saving benefit, the 1600 Series is designed with back pull-out construction that permits easy inspection and access for service or maintenance —if it is ever needed— without disturbing the piping to the pump. Standard construction is Cast Iron, 316 Stainless Steel fitted, all 316 Stainless Steel, Alloy 20 or CD4MCu.
